Founder + Principal Broker
Sandra Isiguzo is the founder and Principal Broker of Terraclave, a real-estate platform built around property, intelligence, services and community.
Licensed since 2005, Sandra brings more than two decades of experience working with buyers, investors, property owners, developers and international clients. Her work has always extended beyond the transaction—connecting people, solving property needs, navigating communities and understanding how real estate can create longer-term value.
Terraclave turns that experience into a broader platform. Through Ask Sandra, Connect, Cares and Librarëtte, Sandra’s knowledge and relationships power real-estate guidance, trusted services, community activation and practical education.
Before real estate, Sandra worked as a Production Technologist with Shell Petroleum Development Company. She holds a degree in Industrial Chemistry with a minor in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston System and serves on the Landlord Advisory Board of the Housing Authority of DeKalb County, Georgia.
