How we handle information.

Space & Co and the client organization identified by the branding on this site collect information you submit, account and session information, service-request details, and limited usage data needed to operate the platform.

How information is used

We use information to provide requested services, manage communities and spaces, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, improve the platform, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, email, payment, analytics, AI, and operational service providers only as needed to deliver the requested function. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this site.

AI features

Text submitted to AI features may be sent to a configured AI provider. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, health, or legal information unless the feature specifically requires it and you are authorized to do so.

Retention and choices

We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, and legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the organization that invited you or privacy@spaceandco.org.

Security and updates

We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is risk-free. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
