Space & Co supports equal access to housing and space. Platform search, recommendations, communications, and services must not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law.

Search and AI

Our tools should focus on property facts, stated needs, budget, accessibility requirements, and lawful preferences. They must not steer people toward or away from places based on protected characteristics or proxies for them.

Report a concern

If platform content or conduct appears discriminatory, preserve the relevant link or screenshot and contact fairhousing@spaceandco.org. Housing discrimination complaints may also be submitted to the appropriate federal, state, or local agency.
